BGL has global partnership by acquired 50% of the EMEX group of Hungary for to be more effective in Central and Eastern European markets. This acquisition transfers the half shares of Transemex Kft.-Budapest-HUNGARY and Transemeks Uluslararası Nakliyat ve Dış Ticaret Ltd. İstanbul companies to BGL.
BGL explained the aim of this partnership as “expanding the client portfolio” and “to be a well known strong organisation in Central and Eastern Europe”.
