OUR BEHAVIOR-ORIENTED SECURITY POLICY

The basis of this policy is the commitment of application of the behavior-oriented security program by all Barsan Global Logistics employees including the top management to determine, track and then eliminate the behavior-oriented insecure employee behavior.

Behavior-oriented risk evaluations took place in operational and support processes in Barsan Global Logistics and Customs lnc. target human behaviour which is the core of society security culture. In the system created, the insecure human behaviour is determined by planned and unplanned inspections and the results are shared with all stakeholders. Then the actions to be taken are performed.

All stakeholders of our organization, without exception, adhere to these requirements and aim to manage and carry out all our processes in the best way possible. We accept and commitment to continuously improve the behavior-oriented security program we have established for these purposes and to achieve the targets set annually.
